Let’s explore how to edit style, position and behavior across breakpoints on bbin电竞 . With a breakpoint, you can change the styling or layout of your site to suit a new screen size, so you can create tailor-made experiences for every device.

Here on the top bar, bbin电竞 gives you 3 default breakpoints so you can see how your site looks on different devices.

The mobile breakpoint spans 250-750 pixels, so your site will look good on phones whether they’re in landscape or portrait mode.

With the handles, you can see how your site looks across all viewports.

This grey area outside the canvas shows the range of screen sizes between each breakpoint.

If you want to style your site at a specific spot between the default breakpoints, click the 3 dots on your top bar. Here you can view and edit your current breakpoints or add a new one. Choose the pixel size you want and press Done .

Your new breakpoint will now show in the top bar. All custom breakpoints you add will be saved here so you can easily return to them.

On your new breakpoint, let’s hide this bit of text so the title has more focus. Right click and select Don’t Display .

If you check desktop, the text is still there. The style change at the smaller breakpoint, didn’t affect the larger one.

This is because on bbin电竞 , styling cascades down . For example, if you make this big title brown on desktop, it will automatically change on all the smaller breakpoints.

Now if you make it white on mobile, it’ll stay brown on tablet and desktop.

You can also copy styling from a smaller to a larger breakpoint. Let’s go back to mobile. Here, let’s make the button larger so it’s easier for visitors to click. This looks good, so let’s use this styling on tablet too. Go to tablet, select the button, and click Copy from Breakpoint .

In this panel you can preview your styling at other breakpoints and copy between them. Here’s the mobile styling. Click Apply to add it just to tablet.

Let's move on to changing behavior per breakpoint. For this we'll need the Inspector panel. Let’s see what you can do with an image. You have 3 options: Fixed , Fluid and Scale .

By default, images are set to Scale which means the image resizes proportionally with the viewport.

Select Fixed to measure your image in pixels. As you change the viewport, it stays exactly the same size.

To change it to Fluid , deselect the Scale option. Now, the image will keep the same height but change its width in percent in relation to the viewport.

When an image is set to Fluid , it’s important to choose a Focal Point . Click this icon and move the circle to where you want to keep the focus.

No matter what size screen someone opens your site on, they’ll see the exact part of the image you want them to.
